Born in Scotland, I moved to Canada after the Harmonic Convergence in 1987.  I am a published spiritual author who has had articles published in The Sedona Journal of Emergence.

During a near death experience as a child, I was shown that there is indeed life after death, and during my visit to the other-side it was revealed to me that all of humanity is dynamically inter-connected.

Over the past 15 years I have had the fortitude to study with many wonderful Teachers and Masters, and thus utilize various modalities.

I currently reside at the Lake in Downtown Toronto with my longtime life partner and husband, harness racehorse owner and horse advocate Paolo (Paul) Garofalo  http://www.harnessracingcanada.com/. And recently wed on the Red Rocks of Sedona during the 2006 Solar Eclipse and Equinox.

I am currently working solely on Animals - with a focus on horses and animal communication - so will no longer working with human clientele.  My intention is to incorporate Compassionate Farming to my practice and look forward to moving to the country in order to facilitate this goal and expand Compassionate Farming into the Factory Farm Environment.

Being an environmental visionary I was a founder of Oakville Green Environmental Group and a close Founding Participant of Gardens Off Drugs.  My goal is to utilize my healing knowledge with my environmental conviction in order to incorporate Compassionate Farming to the mainstream Factory Farming Frontiers.

My years of spiritual journey's have taken me to specific planetary grid points in  the Big Island of Hawaii, Mexico, Mount Shasta, Salt Spring Islands, Cuba, Scotland, Vieques, Puerto Rico, Columbia, Sedona, Hong Kong and China.

My gifted writings and inspirational channeled material have been published in magazines such as the Sedona Journal of Emergence. 

My personal healing journey has incorporated a great sense of humor and love for myself - this is the major catalyst that has enabled me to fully embrace the teachings of everyday life and immerse into the heart bliss that I feel in each now moment of personal change.

I have climbed many of the same mountains, hurdles, heartache and pains that you have in your life, and therefore embrace and utilize an honest, down to earth and openhearted methodology to empowering self and others.
